When it comes to the top priority for rides at an amusement park, safety is always the most important thing to focus on. For most rides, one of the key factors for keeping the customers safe is the safety buckle. However, with most rides the only way to ensure the customer is securely buckled in is with a spot check, but this is relying on human error and with certain rides the customer can easily unintentionally unbuckle themselves during the ride.
At ROLLOGO, we have developed a Kinetic power safety buckle for some of the rides found in those amusement parks. This kinetic power safety buckle does not use any batteries at all and rely solely on the kinetic energy generated from buckling and unbuckling of the safety buckle. When the customer buckles or unbuckles in it will create enough energy to transmit a real time signal to allow the operator to know who is securely fasten and who is not at all times even during the mid-ride.
Not only will this ensure the safety of the rider. It can also save time from spot checking which will in return will make the overall ride experience to be more efficient. Shortening waiting time, minimizing staff and most importantly, enhancing safety.
